Your entries are saved. If you saved the status Compliant, Non-compliant, or Not auditable, you can no longer edit the audit step. If the audit owner closes the audit that the audit step is assigned to before you could complete editing, then the audit step that has the status New or In progress at this time is automatically closed and given the status Not completed, so that you can no longer edit it. It is removed from your list of audit steps. The audit or audit steps are then displayed to the audit reviewer roles responsible in My tasks.
If you initiated an issue as a measure for the audit step, the corresponding object is automatically generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
