Use filter options and create user-defined filters
Use filters to restrict the number of objects displayed in lists and evaluations. Evaluations do not provide all filter options. Save filter configurations for reuse by creating your individual default filter, for example. The following procedure relates to lists.
Open the relevant list. The initial filter options are displayed.

In the upper left corner of the filter area the name of the filter in use is displayed. The filter that is specified as default filter is marked with an asterisk (*). Some lists are prefiltered by default. In this case, the filter attributes in use are displayed next to the search field. (See example above.)
To filter the list by a keyword, enter it into the field, then press Return to apply the filter. The filtering is case-sensitive. Only text of the ID and environment column as well as text from free text attributes is considered. To discard the filter result and redisplay the full list, remove the keyword, then press Return to reset the filter.
Click
Show extended filter to display additional filter options and the filter attributes.
Select the attribute values or enter attribute values into the input fields. Then click Apply filter. The list is restricted according to your filter settings.
To redisplay the complete list, click Reset filter. If you want to save your filter settings, do not reset the filter.
To create your individual filter for reuse, click Save/Configure filter. The corresponding dialog opens. Your saved filters are displayed in the User-defined filters list on the left. Initially, only the Predefined filters exist. Predefined filters cannot be changed.
