Review audits

As soon as the audit owner saves audits with the status Compliant, Non-compliant, Not auditable, or Not completed, the audit reviewer roles responsible can view the audits in My tasks.

Prerequisite

You have the Audit reviewer role.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Open the list of audits.

    1. Click Home Home > My tasks. Your tasks are displayed. Initially, tasks with the Open status are displayed.

    2. Filter the list with the Audit object type.

  2. Check the audits.

    1. Click the name of the audit you want to edit. The form divided into Task and Information is displayed. Use Structure and Gantt chart to gain an overview of the associated audit steps and periods.

    2. Check the audit owner's answers.

    3. Assign result documents with further information, if necessary.

  3. Save your entries and select the status.

    1. Click Save Save.

    2. If you want to complete the audit review and agree with the edits, select the status Accepted. If you do not agree, select the status Rejected.

    3. If you changed the status, save your entries again (Save).

Your entries are saved. If you select Accepted, the audit closes. If you select the status Rejected, the audit is displayed to the owner roles again in My tasks with In progress status. The audit steps are displayed with the status they had when they were completed by the audit owner. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail. If less than 14 days remain until the end of the audit period, the end date of the audit and the related audit steps automatically change to allow the audit owner/audit step owner 14 days to revise the audit/audit step.
