Evaluate deficiencies L3

The deficiencies edited by the Deficiency managers (L2) are automatically assigned to the corresponding Deficiency managers (L3), who is automatically notified by e-mail. The documentation provided by the Deficiency managers L2 provides them with a detailed overview, which they then use to make their own assessment. This is done by completing the fields specifically released for this level.

Prerequisite

You have the Deficiency manager (L3) role.

Procedure. Procedure
  1. Open the deficiency you want to edit.

    1. Click Home Home > My tasks. Your tasks are displayed. Initially, tasks with the Open status are displayed.

    2. Filter the list with the Deficiency object type.

    3. Click the ID of the deficiency you want to edit. The Classification for the deficiency is displayed.

  2. Edit the optional data Deficiency description level 3, if required.

  3. Edit the valuation.

    1. Edit the mandatory field. Enter the deficiency classification for level 3.

    2. Edit the optional fields. Enter the following information for level 3: the link to compensation control, the note on compensation control, whether the compensation control was tested effectively, the magnitude after compensation control, a comment on the magnitude after compensation control, and the deficiency categorization.

  4. Edit the status and save your entries.

    1. Edit the mandatory fields (Mandatory field, Recommended field).

    2. Once you have specified all required entries, select the status Approved.

    3. Click Save Save. Deficiency editing is completed for this level.

Your entries are saved, thus completing the analysis and valuation of the deficiencies identified during testing. If not already done, appropriate measures are implemented to prevent recurrence and to guarantee a functioning internal control system.
