Deactivate deficiencies
If a deficiency was created accidentally, inform the deficiency manager responsible, who will then deactivate the deficiency. If the deficiency is generated from a control test, deactivating the deficiency automatically changes the measure from Deficiency to Deactivated. The control test reviewer is notified by e-mail automatically and the control test is displayed in My tasks. The control test reviewer can then decide again whether there is a deficiency. All deactivated deficiencies can be made visible in the Deficiencies list using the filter.
