Change roles of control tests
You can change the roles of a control test only if the control test has certain statuses. The auditor role can be changed independently of the object status.
Control tester role (owner)
The test status must be New or In progress, and the review status must be Unspecified.
Control test reviewer role
The test status must be New , In progress , Test passed , Test failed , Test not possible , or Not tested , and the review status must be Unspecified .
Prerequisites
The change of roles assigned to tasks is enabled in Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (General workflow).
You have the Control test manager role.
To change an assignment, open the respective object and click 
Assign or 
Remove under Roles responsible in the row of the relevant role.
