Copy values from previous risk assessments
The values of a previous risk assessment can be transferred to the current risk assessment. All attributes are transferred except attributes in read-only mode: Assessment status, Documents, and Remark.
Prerequisite
You have the Risk owner role.
An assessment with the status Assessed and the review status Accepted exists.
A previous risk assessment of the relevant risk is available.
Procedure. Procedure
Open the risk assessment for which you want to transfer values from a previous risk assessment.
Click
Copy values from predecessor.
The values of the previous risk assessment are transferred to the current risk assessment.
