Generate event-driven regulatory change reviews

In addition to the generation of regulatory change reviews in ARIS Risk and Compliance Administration Administration > Server tasks, you can also generate regulatory change reviews on regulations.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Hierarchy manager role.

  • The Event-driven reviews allowed and Review-relevant attributes are activated in ARIS or ARIS Risk and Compliance.

  • The regulatory change review must not be deactivated.

  • The assigned hierarchy owner role must be active and contain at least one active user.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Hierarchies Hierarchies.

  2. Open the relevant regulations.

  3. Click Generate object Generate regulatory change review. The corresponding dialog opens.

  4. Specify the start date of the review period and the duration.

  5. Click OK.

The regulatory change review is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
