Generate regulatory change reviews
You can generate regulatory change reviews. To avoid changes being made while regulatory change reviews are being generated lock the corresponding templates at this time. If another regulatory change review is to be generated, you must change the start date of the review period or the existing regulatory change review must be deactivated.
Prerequisite
You have the Hierarchy manager role.
The regulations must be active, that is, they must not be deactivated.
The start date of the review period and the frequency must be reached or be in the past.
The assigned hierarchy owner role must be active and contain at least one active user.
Click
Administration > Server tasks.Under Regulatory Management > Generate regulatory change reviews, click Generate.
If you are logged in as a user with cross-environment authorization, a dialog is displayed with the available environments. Select the environment and click Execute.
The dialog closes.
Administration > Monitoring > Functional > Server tasks is displayed. The server task is displayed under Server tasks in progress. When complete, the server task is listed under Completed server tasks (last 10). If regulatory change reviews were generated, the roles responsible are informed that new regulatory change reviews are available for editing. You can check the generated regulatory change reviews in Explorer under Change management.
