Prepare and register issues
You can generate an issue to identify and monitor a problem. As the issue creator, you edit the relevant fields in the Issue form, assign an issue owner for subsequent handling, and optionally assign an issue reviewer. The same user can be assigned as the issue owner and issue reviewer. Several issue owners and issue reviewers can be assigned to an issue.
The issue creator can edit or delete own issues until the Registered status is set. The issues are listed in My created issues. If the issue is in the Registered status, the issue creator has only read access to the issue, for example, for checking the status.
You can also create, resume, and review issues in ARIS.
Prerequisite
All users in ARIS who have any of the following license privileges can create issues: Risk and Compliance (Operate), Risk and Compliance (Contribute), ARIS Connect Viewer, or ARIS Connect Designer.
