Mark/Unmark objects as issue-relevant
You have various options for marking objects which you want to assign to issues as issue-relevant. You can mark the current object version, an older version, or multiple versions. If an object is changed after it was marked, the originally selected version remains marked as issue-relevant. Outdated versions are indicated by
when opened from My issue-relevant objects. If multiple versions of an object are marked, they are individually listed in My issue-relevant objects.
Mark objects from a list as issue-relevant
Navigate to the list containing the relevant objects.
In the row of the relevant object, click
Mark/Unmark object as issue-relevant.To mark several objects simultaneously,
activate the relevant objects in the list, and click
Mark above the list.
Objects marked as issue-relevant are shown with a highlighted symbol (
) in object lists and displayed in the My issue-relevant objects list. To unmark an object, click
Mark/Unmark object as issue-relevant in the objects list or click
Remove from list in the My issue-relevant objects list.
Mark open objects as issue-relevant
The issue-relevant object is already open, for example, a risk or a hierarchy element.
Click
Mark/Unmark object as issue-relevant.
Objects marked as issue-relevant are shown with a highlighted symbol (
) in object lists and displayed in the My issue-relevant objects list. Now you can generate an issue for the marked object.
To unmark the object as issue-relevant, click
Mark/Unmark object as issue-relevant in the object form.
