Generate confirmation processes and confirmations
Confirmation processes and confirmations are automatically generated at the point in time specified using automated server tasks. The execution time of the server tasks is specified using the parameters in 
Administration > General > System management > System configuration > Administration > Server task schedules. As in large companies often several thousand confirmations must be generated, what can be very time and resource consuming, the server task is usually executed at night. For training and presentations only, you can also trigger this function manually in the Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (
Configuration > Risk and Compliance > ADMINISTRATION > Server tasks). For detailed information on confirmation process schedulers, confirmation processes, and confirmations in ARIS, refer to Confirmation Management in the online help of ARIS.
If confirmation processes and confirmations were generated, the addressees that are defined in the confirmation process scheduler in ARIS are informed that they must read and accept the confirmation. You can check the generated confirmation processes and confirmations in Explorer under Confirmation Management.
Prerequisites
You have system administrator privileges in ARIS Risk and Compliance.
The start date of the confirmation process scheduler defined in ARIS was reached.
The confirmation process scheduler must have the status Activated.
