System administrator
System administrator privileges for ARIS Risk and Compliance are granted only in ARIS Administration. Users who have assigned the Risk and Compliance administrator function privilege in ARIS Administration, have system administrator privileges in ARIS Risk and Compliance.

Read and write privileges for System objects.
Add and change automatic notifications.
Create and change environments.
Import, create and change hierarchy elements, and change their status (active/inactive).
Specify all data protection management-relevant attributes.
Create and edit roles.
Assign users to roles and remove assignments.
Deactivate and reactivate roles.
Administrate and transfer Risk and Compliance roles.
Assign roles to users and remove assignments.
Synchronize users in ARIS Risk and Compliance with ARIS Administration
Assign and remove substitutes for users.
Create news.
Send internal messages.
Create, change, and deactivate impact types, extent, frequency, detectability, and trend.
Generate Confirmation Management server tasks manually. Usually, they are automatically generated according to the definition of the confirmation process scheduler in ARIS.
