Check confirmation processes/confirmation process schedulers

Confirmation process schedulers/confirmation processes defined in ARIS are automatically monitored regularly with regard to the recurrence end date of the schedulers and the end of the confirmation process periods using automated server tasks. The execution time of the server tasks is specified using the parameters in ARIS Risk and Compliance Administration Administration > General > System management > System configuration > Administration > Server task schedules. For training and presentations only, you can also trigger this function manually in the Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (Configuration Configuration > Risk and Compliance > ADMINISTRATION > Server tasks). For detailed information on confirmation process schedulers, confirmation processes, and confirmations in ARIS, refer to Confirmation Management in the online help of ARIS.

If the recurrence end date of the scheduler has expired, the status Finished is set for the confirmation process scheduler. If the end of the confirmation process period has expired, the status Finished is set for the confirmation process and all open confirmations are closed. The status Not completed is automatically set as soon as the end date of the confirmation process was reached and the confirmation was not accepted by that time, or if the confirmation was closed because the confirmation process was terminated.
