Users with the following Risk and Compliance roles have read and write privileges for all Data protection management-relevant attributes. Click a role to display the privileges and views.
Apart from the roles in ARIS Risk and Compliance there are external roles.
Roles according to article 4 of the EU GDPR
Controller
Determines the purpose and means of processing personal data.
Processor
Processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
Roles in companies
Data protection officer
Informs and advises the controller/processor of their obligations, monitors compliance, provides advice, and acts as the contact for the supervisory authority.
Data protection representative
Represents the controller/processor with regard to their respective obligations under GDPR.
