Statuses of Audit Management objects

Audit manager statuses - Audit template

  • In preparation

    Initial status after creating or duplicating the audit template.

  • Released

    Can be selected by the audit manager when preparation is complete.

Audit statuses

The following statuses are available to the audit owner or are automatically set by the system:

  • In preparation

    Initial status after generation of the audits.

  • Released

    Can be selected by the audit owner when preparation is complete and audit editing can begin.

  • In progress

    Is automatically set as soon as the audit owner starts editing and saves the result or an audit step was edited by the audit step owner. Audit editing can continue later with this status.

  • Compliant

    Can be set by the audit owner if the audit owner closes the audit without objections.*

  • Non-compliant

    Can be set by the audit owner if the audit owner closes the audit with objections, that is, with the valuation Significant or Insignificant .*

  • Not auditable

    Can be selected by the audit owner if it is not possible to edit the audit. The entries are deleted.*

  • Not completed

    Can be selected by the audit owner if the audit is canceled.*

* The audit can no longer be edited by the audit owner.

Audit step statuses - Audit step type 'Auditing'

  • In preparation

    Initial status after generation of the audits.

  • Released

    Initial status after an audit was released by the audit owner.

  • In progress

    Is automatically set as soon as the audit step owner starts editing and saves the results. Audit step editing can continue later with this status.

  • Compliant

    Can be set by the audit step owner if the audit step owner closes the audit step without objections.*

  • Non-compliant

    Can be set by the audit step owner if the audit step owner closes the audit with objections, that is, with the valuation Significant or Insignificant .*

  • Not auditable

    Can be selected by the audit step owner if it is not possible to edit the audit. The entries are deleted.*

  • Not completed

    Is automatically set as soon as the audit owner saves the audit to which the audit step is assigned with a status that closes the audit.*

* The audit step can then no longer be edited by the audit step owner.

Audit step statuses - Audit step type 'Logistic task'

  • In preparation

    Initial status after generation of the audits.

  • Completed

    Can be set by the audit step owner if the audit step owner was able to complete the preparatory tasks.*

  • Not completed

    Can be set by the audit step owner if the audit step owner was not able to complete some or all preparatory tasks.*

* The audit step can then no longer be edited by the audit step owner.

Review statuses

The following statuses are available to the audit reviewer:

  • Unspecified

    Initial status after an audit was completed by the audit owner.

  • Accepted

    Can be selected by the audit reviewer if the audit reviewer accepts the audit editing. The audit is then closed permanently.

  • Rejected

    Can be selected by the audit reviewer if the audit reviewer does not accept the audit editing. The entries already submitted are deleted. The audit is displayed to the audit owner role for revision.

Due statuses

The system sets the Due status for audits, which refers to the planned editing date:

  • In time

  • Overdue
