Audit template
The audit template is the basis for the generation of audits and describes the structure of an audit. They contain audit steps with a detailed description of the tasks to be fulfilled.
Audit step template
The audit step template contains a detailed description of the tasks to be fulfilled. An audit step template is created in an audit template and can only be used or changed there for this audit template.
Audit
Audits are generated from audit templates. They combine audit steps that contain a detailed description of the tasks to be fulfilled. The audit owner roles responsible can view the audits in My tasks. The audit manager can view the audits in Explorer > Audit Management.
