Change roles of risk assessments
You can change the role of a risk assessment only if the risk assessment has certain statuses. The auditor role can be changed independently of the object status.
Risk owner role
The assessment status must be New or In progress , and the review status must be Unspecified .
Risk reviewer role
The assessment status must be New , In progress , Assessed , Assessment not possible , or Not assessed , and the review status must be Unspecified .
Prerequisites
The change of roles assigned to tasks is enabled in Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (General workflow).
You have the Risk manager role.
To change an assignment, open the respective object and click 
Assign or 
Remove under Roles responsible in the row of the relevant role.
