Deactivate and reactivate surveys or questionnaires

You can deactivate surveys or questionnaires to remove them from the list of active policy roll-outs, or you can reactivate surveys or questionnaires to redisplay them in the list. If surveys are reactivated later, all assigned questionnaires are reactivated too.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Survey manager role.

  • The survey status is Active.

  • All assigned questionnaires have the New or In progress status.

    Deactivate surveys or questionnaires

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Survey Management > Surveys or Questionnaires. The list is displayed.

    3. To deactivate the surveys/questionnaires, click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate at the end of the corresponding row. Alternatively, enable (Check box enabled) multiple surveys/questionnaires and click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate above the list.

    4. Click Yes to confirm the dialog when you are prompted.

    The objects are removed from the list.

    Reactivate surveys or questionnaires

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Survey Management > Surveys or Questionnaires. The list is displayed.

    3. Apply the filter that displays the deactivated objects. The deactivated surveys or questionnaires are displayed.

    4. Click Reactivate Reactivate in the rows of the surveys or questionnaires that you want to reactivate. Alternatively, enable (Check box enabled) multiple surveys or questionnaires and click Reactivate Reactivate above the list.

    The surveys or questionnaires are reactivated and set to their original status. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
