Copy values from previous questionnaire

Transfer the answers of a previous questionnaire to the current questionnaire. This can save time if your current answers differ not or differ only slightly from the answers of a previous questionnaire.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Interviewee role.

  • The Allow copying values from other questionnaire attribute of the relevant survey scheduler is set to Yes.

  • A previous questionnaire based on the same questionnaire template as the current questionnaire with Completed status is available.

  • You are a member of the role responsible of previous questionnaires.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Home Home > My tasks. Your tasks are displayed. Initially, tasks with the Open status are displayed.

  2. Filter the list with the Questionnaire object type.

  3. Open the questionnaire to which you want to transfer answers from a previous questionnaire.

  4. Click Questions.

  5. Click Copy control tests Copy values from previous questionnaire.

  6. The questionnaires that comply with the prerequisites are displayed.

  7. In the row of the relevant questionnaire, click Copy control tests Copy values from previous questionnaire.

If the questions and answers of the previous and the current questionnaire match, then attribute values, answers, and notes are transferred to current questionnaire. If required, make changes to the transferred answers.
