Change roles of questionnaires
You can change the roles of a questionnaire only if the questionnaire has certain statuses. The auditor role can be changed independently of the object status.
Interviewee role (owner)
The interviewee status must be New or In progress, and the review status must be Not selected.
Survey reviewer role
The interviewee status must be New or In progress, and the review status must be Not selected.
The interviewee status must be Completed, Not answerable, or Not completed, and the review status must be Not selected or In progress.
Prerequisites
The change of roles assigned to tasks is enabled in Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (General workflow).
You have the Survey manager role.
To change an assignment, open the respective object and click 
Assign or 
Remove under Roles responsible in the row of the relevant role.
