Change end date of survey period

You can edit the end date of the survey period. If the survey period of a survey changes, the survey period of all assigned questionnaires changes too. If the survey period of a questionnaire changes, the survey period of the related survey changes too.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Survey manager or Survey reviewer role.

  • The status is New or In progress.

  • The survey status is Active.

  • The survey period has not yet expired.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Explorer Explorer.

  2. Click Survey Management > Surveys or Questionnaires. The list is displayed.

  3. Click the name of the relevant survey or relevant questionnaire.

  4. Click Information.

  5. Change the end date in the Survey period row. The period can only be extended and not shortened.

  6. Click Save Save.

The end date of the survey period is changed. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
