Statuses of Survey Management objects

Questionnaire statuses

The following statuses are available to the interviewee or are automatically set by the system:

New
Initial status after generation of the questionnaire.
In progress
Is automatically set when the interviewee answers questions and saves the results. Questionnaire editing can continue later with this status.
Completed
Can be selected by the interviewee if the interviewee wants to finish editing the questionnaire.*
Not answerable
Can be selected by the interviewee if it is not possible to complete the questionnaire. The answers already submitted are deleted. The check to determine if all mandatory fields ( , ) were edited is omitted for this status.*
Not assessed
Is automatically set when surveys are checked if the survey period is complete.

*The questionnaire can then no longer be edited by the interviewee.

The following statuses are available to the survey reviewer:

Not selected
Initial status once the interviewee has completed the questionnaire.
In progress
Is automatically set when the survey reviewer changes answers and saves the results. Questionnaire editing can continue later with this status.
Accepted
Can be selected by the survey reviewer if the survey reviewer accepts the answers to the questionnaire. The questionnaire is then closed permanently.
Rejected
Can be selected by the survey reviewer if the survey reviewer does not accept the answers to the questionnaire. The entries already submitted are deleted. The questionnaire is then displayed to the interviewee role for revision. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.

Surveys can have the following statuses:

Active
Is automatically set provided that the survey period has not yet expired.
Finished
Is set automatically when the survey period has expired.
