Deactivate and reactivate policy reviews

You can deactivate policy reviews to remove them from the list of active policy reviews, or you can reactivate them to redisplay them in the list.

  • You have the Policy manager role.

  • The policy review must have the Open (New or In progress) status.

Procedure. Procedure

    Deactivate policy reviews

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Policy Management > Policy reviews. The list is displayed.

    3. To deactivate the policy review, click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate at the end of the corresponding row. Alternatively, enable (Check box enabled) multiple policy reviews and click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate above the list.

    4. Click Yes to confirm the dialog when you are prompted.

    The policy reviews are deactivated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.

    Reactivate policy reviews

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Policy Management > Policy reviews. The list is displayed.

    3. Apply the filter that displays the deactivated objects. The deactivated policy reviews are displayed.

    4. Click Reactivate Reactivate in the rows of the policy reviews that you want to reactivate. Alternatively, enable (Check box enabled) multiple policy reviews and click Reactivate Reactivate above the list.

    5. Click OK to confirm the dialog when you are prompted.

    The policy reviews are reactivated and set to their original status. If the status was Open (New or In progress) and the review period has expired, the policy manager can edit the end of the review period. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
