Change roles of policy roll-outs and policy reviews
You can change the policy owner role only if the policy roll-out/the policy review has certain status combinations. The auditor role can be changed independently of the object status.
Change the policy owner for a policy roll-out
The status must be New, In progress, or To be approved, and the publishing status must be Unspecified.
The status must be Approved, and the publishing status must be Unspecified or To be published.
Change the policy owner for a policy review
The status must be New or In progress .
Prerequisites
The change of roles assigned to tasks is enabled in Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (General workflow).
You have the Policy manager role.
To change an assignment, open the respective object and click 
Assign or 
Remove under Roles responsible in the row of the relevant role.
