Generate policy roll-outs
Policy roll-outs are automatically generated at the points in time specified using automated server tasks. The execution time of the server tasks is specified using the parameters in 
Administration > General > System management > System configuration > Administration > Server task schedules. For training and presentations only, you can also trigger this function manually in the Risk and Compliance configuration of ARIS Administration (
Configuration > Risk and Compliance > ADMINISTRATION > Server tasks). If policy roll-outs were generated, the roles responsible are informed that new policy roll-outs are available for editing. You can check the generated policy roll-outs in Explorer under Policy Management.
Prerequisites
The policy template must not be deactivated.
The assigned policy owner role must be active and contain at least one active user.
No other active policy roll-out exists for the version of this policy review scheduler with the same start date of the review period (owner). The prerequisite applies only to automatic generation.
The start date of the review period must be reached or be in the past.
