Generate event-driven policy roll-out
In addition to the automatic generation of policy roll-outs at scheduled times, you can also generate policy roll-outs manually.
Prerequisite
You have the Policy manager role.
The policy template must not be deactivated.
The assigned policy owner role must be active and contain at least one active user.
No other active policy roll-out exists for the version of this policy review scheduler with the same start date of the review period (owner). The prerequisite applies only to automatic generation.
The start date of the review period must be reached or be in the past.
Click
Explorer.Click Policy Management > policy templates. The list is displayed.
Click the relevant policy template.
Click
Generate policy roll-out. The corresponding dialog opens.
The policy roll-out is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
