Policy roll-out statuses (Policy owner)
New
Initial status after generation of the policy roll-out.
In progress
Is automatically set as soon as the policy owner starts editing and saves the results. Editing of the policy roll-out can continue later with this status.
To be approved
Can be assigned by the policy owner when the policy roll-out should be made available for approval by the policy approver.
Approved
Can be assigned by the policy owner when the policy owner approves the policy roll-out for publishing.*
Not approved
Can be assigned by the policy owner if the policy owner does not approve the policy roll-out for publishing.*
Publishing statuses
Unspecified
Initial status after approval by the policy owner when a start date is specified for the publishing period that has not yet been reached.
To be published
Is automatically set after approval by the policy owner if no start date was specified for the publishing period. Or it is automatically set when policy roll-outs and policy roll-out confirmations are updated if the start date of the publishing period has already been reached.
Published
Can be assigned by the policy owner if the preparations for publishing have been completed and the policy roll-out should be made available to the members of the policy addressee role.
Policy review statuses
New
Initial status after generation of the policy review.
In progress
Is automatically set as soon as the policy owner starts editing and saves the results. Policy review editing can continue later with this status.
Not reviewed
Is set automatically if the policy owner has not edited the policy review within the review period.*
Approve unchanged
Can be set by the policy owner if the policy roll-out can continue to be used without changes.*
Update required
Can be set by the policy owner if the policy roll-out must be adapted to the current specifications before it can be used again.*
Cancelation required
Can be set by the policy owner if the policy roll-out is no longer relevant and is no longer to be used.*
* The policy roll-out/policy review can then no longer be edited by the policy owner.

In progress
Is automatically set as soon as the policy approver starts editing and saves the results. Approval editing can continue later with this status.
Approved
Can be selected by the policy approver if the policy approver wishes to approve the policy roll-out.*
Not approved
Can be selected by the policy approver if the policy approver does not wish to approve the policy roll-out.*
Not completed
Is automatically set if the policy owner closes the policy roll-out without the policy approver having completed editing the approval (Approved /Not approved ).*
* The policy roll-out approval can then no longer be edited by the policy approver.
Policy roll-out confirmation statuses
New
Initial status after the policy owner has assigned the policy roll-out the status Published .
In progress
Is automatically set as soon as the policy addressee starts editing and saves the results. Policy roll-out confirmation editing can continue later with this status.
Accepted
Can be selected by the policy addressee if the policy addressee accepts the content of the policy roll-out.*
Rejected
Can be selected by the policy addressee if the policy addressee does not accept the content of the policy roll-out.*
Not completed
Is automatically set if the policy addressee is removed from the policy addressee role before the policy addressee completed the policy roll-out confirmation. If the user is re-added to the role at a later point in time, the policy roll-out confirmation remains closed and a new one is generated when the policy roll-out confirmations are updated.*
* The policy roll-out confirmation can then no longer be edited by the policy addressee.
