Statuses of Compliance Management
Assessment statuses
Open
Compliance assessments both with the result New and with the result In progress are displayed.
New
Initial status after generation of the compliance assessment.
In progress
The users will set this status if they have already made entries for the compliance assessment but have not completed it yet. All entries can be deleted or changed.
Compliant
The result of the compliance assessment showed that the regulatory requirement is fulfilled.
Not compliant
The result of the compliance assessment showed that the regulatory requirement is not fulfilled.
Not possible
The general conditions described by the compliance assessment have not occurred. It was therefore impossible to assess whether the regulatory requirement is fulfilled.
Not completed
Is automatically set when compliance assessments are checked if the assessment period is complete.
Review statuses
Unspecified
Initial status once the regulation owner/hierarchy owner has completed the compliance assessment.
Accepted
Can be selected by the regulation reviewer if the regulation reviewer accepts the compliance assessment. The compliance assessment is then closed permanently.
Rejected
Can be selected by the regulation reviewer if the regulation reviewer does not accept the compliance assessment edits. The entries already submitted are deleted. The compliance assessment is displayed to the owner role for revision.
