Enter identical values for multiple objects (bulk editing)

You can enter the same value in the fields of multiple objects. This can be useful, for example, if you want to extend the end date of objects.

Prerequisite

  • You have a manager role if you want to use this function on regulatory change reviews, controls, control executions, policy roll-outs, policy reviews, questionnaires, risks, risk assessments, sign-off definitions, sign-offs, surveys, control tests, control test definitions, and confirmation process schedulers.

  • You have system administrator privileges in ARIS Risk and Compliance if you want to use this function on confirmation process schedulers.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open a suitable list.

  2. Enable the check boxes for at least two objects.

  3. Click Select fields Bulk edit. The fields in the form are displayed in a selection list.

  4. Enable the check boxes of the fields (Check box enabled) you want to edit for all objects selected.

  5. Enter your changes.

  6. Click Save Save.

  7. Click OK.

Your changes are saved in the edited fields of the objects.
