Compare object versions
You can compare selected versions of an object.
Prerequisite
You have a manager or auditor role.
Or the parameter Visibility of information > Log is enabled in the Risk and Compliance configuration in ARIS Administration (General workflow).
Open the object of which you want to compare different versions.
Click Log. The last two versions of the object with the corresponding attributes are displayed. Differences in the versions are highlighted. If the changes to an object refer to other objects, each object is displayed separately. Example: for a risk the log for the risk and the controls connected with the risk are displayed.
Click Change version in the column header. The object versions are displayed. In the row of the relevant version click
Select version for comparison. The dialog is closed and the selected version is displayed in the corresponding column.Repeat the last two steps for the second column.
The versions are displayed next to each other. Differences are highlighted.
Click 
Generate Report to generate an output of the versions.
If you only want to check a previous version of an object, click Change version in the status panel on the right of the object form. The next time the object opens, the current version is displayed again.
