Unlock offline processing objects of other users
You can unlock offline processing objects of other users, for example, if the user who locked the object is on vacation or sick leave.
Prerequisite
Owners and reviewers of the offline processing role of the object can remove the offline processing object lock set by other users.
The parameter Unlock offline objects locked by other users is enabled in the Risk and Compliance configuration in ARIS Administration .
Managers of the offline processing role of the object can remove the offline processing object lock set by other users.
Warning
An offline file generated previously can no longer be uploaded for the unlocked objects.
Click
Explorer.Click Offline processing > Offline objects. The list is displayed.
Enable the check boxes (
) of the objects you want to unlock.Click
Unlock.Click Yes to confirm the dialog when you are prompted.
Click OK.
The objects are removed from the list of offline objects and released for processing by other users. The previous lock owner and the manager responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
