What does it mean to lock objects?
Objects that are downloaded for offline processing are automatically locked for processing by other users. This lock is automatically removed when the updated file is uploaded after editing. If you want to cancel offline processing, you can remove the lock of your offline objects and of other users in your role. You find the list of your offline objects under Home > My offline Objects.
Locked objects are visually marked in addition to the symbol that indicates the object type. Offline objects locked by you:
