Deactivate and reactivate audits

You can deactivate audits. A deactivated audit cannot be reactivated if a new audit was already generated with this audit template and with the same start date of preparation.

Prerequisite

You have the Audit manager role.

Procedure. Procedure

    Deactivate audits

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Audit Management > Audits. The list is displayed.

    3. To deactivate the audit, click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate at the end of the corresponding row. Alternatively, Check box enabled activate multiple audits and click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate above the list.

    4. Click Yes to confirm the dialog when you are prompted.

    The audits are deactivated together with the assigned audit steps. They are removed from the list. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.

    Reactivate audits

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Audit Management > Audits. The list is displayed.

    3. Apply the filter that displays the deactivated objects. The deactivated audits are displayed.

    4. Click Reactivate Reactivate in the rows of the audits that you want to reactivate. Alternatively, Check box enabled activate multiple audits and click Reactivate Reactivate above the list.

    The audits are reactivated together with the assigned audit steps and their status is set to In preparation. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
