How to find assigned control tests, issues and deficiencies
You can show statistics of control tests, issues and deficiencies assigned to a sign-off. The statistic shows the object version at the moment when the sign-off was closed.
Prerequisite
You have the Sign-off owner, Sign-off reviewer or Sign-off manager role.
Procedure. Procedure
Click
Explorer.Click Sign-off Management > Sign-offs. The list is displayed.
Click the name of the relevant sign-off.
Click Control test statistics, Deficiency statistics, or Issue statistics. The statistic selected is displayed.
You can open the filtered lists by clicking the figures in the statistics.
The objects assigned to the sign-off are displayed.
