Generate event-driven control test

In addition to the automatic generation of control tests at scheduled times, you can also generate control tests manually.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Control test manager role.

  • The Event-driven task allowed option is enabled in the Test definition form.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Explorer Explorer.

  2. Click Test Management > Control test definition. The list is displayed.

  3. Click the name of the control test definition.

  4. Click Generate object Generate control test. The corresponding dialog opens.

  5. Enter the Start date and Duration (in days) for the control test.

  6. Click OK.

The control test is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
