Generate event-driven control execution

In addition to the automatic generation of control executions at scheduled times, you can also generate control executions manually.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Control manager role with the Cross-environment or Environment-specific role level.

  • An event-driven control execution can be generated if the Event-driven task allowed option is enabled in the Control execution definition form.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Explorer Explorer.

  2. Click Control Management > Control execution definitions. The list is displayed.

  3. Click Generate object Generate control execution. The corresponding dialog opens.

  4. Enter the Start date and Duration (in days) for the control execution documentation.

  5. Click OK.

The control execution is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
