Statuses of Control Management objects
Control executor statuses
The following statuses are available to the control executor or are automatically set by the system:
New
Initial status after generation of the control execution.
In progress
Is automatically set as soon as the control executor starts editing and saves the result. With this status, editing of the control execution can continue later.
Completed
Can be assigned by the control executor when the control execution is complete.*
Not possible
Can be selected by the control executor if it is not possible to edit the control execution.*
* The control execution can then no longer be edited by the control executor.
Due statuses
The system sets the Due status for control executions, which refers to the planned period for control execution documentation:
In time
The control execution was documented by the planned date.
Overdue
The control execution was not documented by the planned date.
