Statuses of Loss and Incident Management objects
Loss statuses/Incident statuses
New
Initial status once the incident/loss was created.
In progress
Is set automatically when the owner saves the Incident/Loss form.
Closed
Can be selected by the owner if the owner wants to finish editing the incident/loss. The incident/loss can then no longer be edited by the owner.
Review statuses
Unspecified
Initial status once the owner has completed the incident/loss.
Accepted
Can be selected by the incident/loss reviewer if in agreement with the processing of the incident/loss. The incident/loss is then closed permanently.
Rejected
Can be selected by the incident/loss reviewer if not in agreement with the processing of the incident/loss.
The incident/loss status is reset to In progress, and the owner is informed that the incident/loss must be edited again.
