Deactivate and reactivate risk assessments

You can deactivate risk assessments to remove them from the list of active risk assessments, or you can reactivate them to redisplay them in the list.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Risk manager role.

  • The status is New or In progress.

Procedure. Procedure

    Deactivate risk assessments

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Risk Management > Risk assessments. The list is displayed.

    3. To deactivate the risk assessment, click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate at the end of the corresponding row. Alternatively, enable (Check box enabled) multiple risk assessments and click Deactivate/Delete object Deactivate above the list.

    4. Click Yes to confirm the dialog when you are prompted.

    The risk assessments are deactivated and removed from the list.

    Reactivate risk assessments

    1. Click Explorer Explorer.

    2. Click Risk Management > Risk assessments. The list is displayed.

    3. Apply the filter that displays the deactivated objects. The deactivated risk assessments are displayed.

    4. Click Reactivate Reactivate in the rows of the risk assessments that you want to reactivate. Alternatively, enable (Check box enabled) multiple risk assessments and click Reactivate Reactivate above the list.

    The risk assessments are reactivated and set to their original status. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
