Generate event-driven risk assessment

In addition to the automatic generation of risk assessments at scheduled times, you can also generate risk assessments manually.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Risk manager role.

  • The Risk Management-relevant and Event-driven task allowed options are enabled in the Risk form.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Explorer Explorer.

  2. Click Risk Management > Risks. The list is displayed.

  3. Click the name of the relevant risk.

  4. Click Assigned objects. The list of risk assessments is displayed.

  5. Click Generate object Generate risk assessment. The corresponding dialog opens.

  6. Enter the Start date and Duration (in days) for the risk assessment.

  7. Click OK.

The risk assessment is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
