Administration > Monitoring > Functional > Server tasks is displayed. The server task is displayed under Server tasks in progress. When complete, the server task is listed under Completed server tasks (last 10). A check is performed to see whether questionnaires were generated for each interviewee role currently responsible for the survey. Deactivated questionnaires are also taken into consideration here. If questionnaires are missing they are generated and the interviewee roles are informed that questionnaires are available for completion. The new questionnaires contain the same data as those originally generated, for example, start and end date.

The second survey was generated with 2 questionnaires on 02/01/2010. On 02/05/2010 the survey manager added an additional interviewee role.
