Generate event-driven compliance assessment

In addition to the automatic generation of compliance assessments at scheduled times, you can also generate compliance assessments manually. Furthermore, you can generate event-driven compliance assessments in ARIS.

Prerequisite

  • You have the Regulation manager role.

  • The Event-driven task allowed option is enabled in the Compliance assessment definition form.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Click Explorer Explorer.

  2. Click Regulatory Management > Compliance assessment definitions. The list is displayed.

  3. Click the name of the relevant compliance assessment definition.

  4. Click Generate object Generate compliance assessment. The corresponding dialog opens.

  5. Enter the Start date and Duration (in days) for the compliance assessment.

  6. Click OK.

The compliance assessment is generated. The users responsible are notified automatically by e-mail.
