Statuses of Issue Management objects
Creation statuses
New
Initial status when the creator started to create the issue.
In preparation
Initial status after the issue creator saved the issue.
Registered
Can be assigned by the issue creator when the preparation is complete, and the handling of the issue can start.
Issue statuses
New
Initial status after the issue creator assigned the status Registered .
On hold
Can be assigned by the issue owner if the problem cannot be handled now but can likely be handled later.
Rejected
Can be assigned by the issue owner if the issue owner does not accept the issue.*
Not possible
Can be selected by the issue owner if it is impossible to solve the issue.*
Under investigation
Can be assigned by the issue owner when the issue is currently being analyzed but not ready for implementation. Is automatically set as soon as the issue owner starts editing and saves the result.
To be implemented
Can be assigned by the issue owner when the remediation is described, and the issue solution is ready for implementation.
In implementation
Can be assigned by the issue owner when the issue remediation is in progress.
Completed
Can be assigned by the issue owner when the issue remediation is finished.*
* The issue can no longer be edited by the issue owner.
Review statuses
The following statuses are available to the issue reviewer:
Unspecified
Initial status after an issue was completed by the issue owner.
Accepted
Can be selected by the issue reviewer if the issue reviewer accepts the issue solution. The issue is then closed permanently.
Rejected
Can be selected by the issue reviewer if the issue reviewer does not accept the issue solution. The issue is displayed to the issue owner role for revision.
Due statuses
The system specifies the due status for issues, which relates to the scheduled date for remediation of the issue:
