What is Issue Management?
Issue Management enables users to select processes and other ARIS items or ARIS Risk and Compliance objects, such as systems, regulations, risks, controls, or policy roll-outs, and combine them in the context of an issue to reference problems or required actions.
Issues are one-off situations that occur in the business environment. Issue Management allows you to document, analyze, and monitor identified issues for the purpose of improvement. The goal is to make problematic situations known in time and resolve them.
Each issue is documented from creation to completion. Issues can be generated in connection with objects (control tests, deficiencies, hierarchies, risks, controls, control test definitions, and so on) or independently of them. The issues are displayed in lists and separately at the affected object.
