Issue reviewer

Unlike most other roles in ARIS Risk and Compliance, the Issue creator, Issue owner, and Issue reviewer role types are not defined by a role. In Issue Management, a user is assigned directly to a particular issue in the respective role type instead of being assigned via a role. All users in ARIS who have any of the following license privileges can be assigned as issue owner and issue reviewer: Risk and Compliance (Operate), Risk and Compliance (Contribute), ARIS Connect Viewer, or ARIS Connect Designer.

Privileges for the 'Object-specific' role level

  • Check assigned issues.

  • Read privileges for all objects that are directly assigned to the issue.

Lead issue reviewer

The lead issue reviewer is responsible for the issue. Other assigned issue reviewers are only involved. To change the lead issue reviewer, enable (Check box enabled) the check box of the user you want to become the lead issue reviewer, then click Up Up until the relevant user is in the first position and labeled Lead issue reviewer. All assigned issue reviewers receive automatic e-mail notifications, but issue reviewers who are not in the lead position receive the e-mail via CC.
