Privileges for the 'Cross-environment' and 'Environment-specific' role levels
Read privilege for the incidents assigned to the incident manager.
Deactivate and reactivate incidents.
Change the owner roles and reviewer roles responsible for incidents and losses.
The privileges for the Environment-specific role level only apply to objects of the environment assigned.
