Generate ARIS reports
By default, you can run ARIS reports for objects, lists, or evaluations. Reports are managed in ARIS Administration (
Configuration > Evaluations) and can also be modified there. For detailed information on reports, refer to the online help in ARIS.
Open the object, list, or evaluation you want to generate a report for. Depending on the context, different report buttons are displayed.
If you are on a list, select one or more objects.
Click Generate report
. The Reports bar opens.Hover over a report name in the drop-down menu to see a description of the report's purpose.
Select the report and the output format.
Click Start.
The report is generated and saved to the server. The report results are displayed.
Click
Download.
The report result is available in the report bar as soon as the report run is complete. Alternatively, you can display it from Home > My recent reports. You can generate the following ARIS reports:
Standard
Hierarchy report and Extended hierarchy report for hierarchy elements.
Output change log in the log file for objects.
Output details about the issue and associated issue-relevant objects for issues.
Output environment report for environments.
Output system report for System, Risk Management, Confirmation Management, Master data management in Basic settings.
Loss and Incident Management
Output details about the incident and associated hierarchy elements for incidents.
Output details about the incident and associated losses for incidents.
Output list with details about associated losses and incidents for the evaluation Losses per risk.
Risk Management
Output risk assessment report
Risk matrix report for hierarchies
Test Management
Output control test details, including details about the risk, control, and control test definition for control tests.
Output deficiency report
Output control tests associated with the hierarchy for hierarchy elements.
GDPR reports
Output data allocation matrix*

*This report is available only if the ARIS accelerators for GDPR reports were imported.
