Share objects

You can share objects of ARIS Risk and Compliance with other users by sending a link, for example, via e-mail or chat.

Prerequisite

The recipient has at least read privileges for the relevant object type.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open the object you want to share with another user.

  2. Click Share content Share content. The corresponding dialog opens.

  3. Click Copy to clipboard. The link is copied to the clipboard.

  4. Create a new e-mail or open a chat.

  5. Paste the link from the clipboard into the e-mail or chat (Ctrl + V).

  6. Send the message.

The recipient can directly open the object.
