Request new password

If you forget your current password, you can obtain a new one.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. In the login dialog, click Forgot password. The corresponding dialog opens.

  2. Enter your user name.

  3. Click Reset password. A confirmation link is sent to the e-mail address specified.

  4. Click the confirmation link in the e-mail. The new password is sent by e-mail.

  5. Enter your user name and the new password in the log in dialog.

  6. Click Log in.

  7. Change the password.

From now on, you can log in using your new password. If you enter an incorrect password several times, this can significantly delay the message stating that login is not possible.
